What is the Open Floor Movement Practice?
A healing movement meditation practice and lively dance inquiry designed to reclaim our lost embodiment. The emphasis is to awaken our sensate experience, emotional intelligence, and relational skills. We use the shared, universal language of dance to re-awaken and re-connect. As an embodied method of healing, it is both simple and profoundly powerful.

What can you expect in an Open Floor Movement class?
The first section of music and movement is lightly facilitated and offers you a place to arrive, open, warm-up and unwind.
